About Faramir Store
Faramir Store is the trading name of sole trader Amirreza Pourebadollah. We are a small husband-and-wife family business making and finishing our products by hand. Our contact address is 46 Cumberland Road, Ashford, Surrey TW15 3DB, United Kingdom. Email: sales@faramirstore.com.
Products and handmade character
We make and finish our stone-powder décor in small batches. Photographs and descriptions are provided carefully, but screens vary and every handmade piece has its own small differences. Natural variations in colour, texture, surface pattern, edge and tiny air marks form part of the handmade character and do not make the product defective.
Orders, prices and payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and are the total product prices payable. Faramir Store is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged or shown separately. Any paid delivery upgrade is displayed before payment. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Please check and correct your bag and checkout details before paying. We acknowledge your order by email, and the contract is formed when payment succeeds and our confirmation is issued. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, a price is clearly incorrect or we cannot safely deliver it.
Delivery
Delivery options and estimates are described on our Delivery page. Please provide a complete address and reachable telephone number. Unless we agree otherwise, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the order is accepted.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your cancellation and return rights are explained on our Returns & refunds page. These terms do not limit your statutory rights.
Care and safe use
Unless a product page states otherwise, decorative stone pieces are intended for indoor decorative use and are not food-safe. Avoid soaking, dishwashers, harsh chemicals, heavy impact and prolonged contact with standing water. Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and dry promptly. Candleholders must be placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from children, pets and flammable materials. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Responsibility
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude responsibility where the law does not allow it to be excluded. We are not responsible for loss caused by misuse, failure to follow care instructions or events outside our reasonable control.
Complaints
Please email sales@faramirstore.com with your order number and a clear description of the problem. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two working days and work toward a fair resolution.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also benefit from mandatory rights and may bring a claim in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law.
