Express delivery
£3.99 · 2–3 working daysChoose Express at checkout when you would like your order prioritised for preparation and dispatch.
Next working day
£6.99 · next working dayAvailable for ready-to-dispatch pieces on orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Thursday, excluding bank holidays.
Preparation and dispatch
Because our pieces are handmade and individually finished, preparation time may be needed before dispatch. The delivery estimates shown at checkout include normal preparation time. Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed from the next working day. Unless we agree another date with you, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days after accepting your order.
Next-day availability
If a next-working-day order cannot be fulfilled because a piece requires additional curing or finishing, we will contact you promptly. You may choose the earliest available delivery date or receive a refund of the delivery upgrade.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to United Kingdom addresses accepted at checkout. A complete and accurate delivery address and telephone number are required. Please contact us before ordering if your address has unusual access requirements.
Delays, tracking and failed delivery
Carrier delays can occasionally happen outside our control. If tracking has not updated or your parcel has not arrived after the estimated window, email sales@faramirstore.com with your order details so we can help. If an address is incomplete or nobody can accept a parcel, the carrier may leave instructions or return it to us. We will contact you before arranging any chargeable re-delivery.
